INAUGURAL SUSTAINABILITY REPORT

For the year ended 31 December 2022

Our Inaugural Sustainability Report, Laying the Foundations, which encapsulates our enduring community engagement, social and environmental performance through the development cycle from developer to producer as well as our ESG vision for the future as a sustainable, multi-asset metals producer.

The report was prepared in accordance with the primary ESG metrics, including Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and International Council on Metals & Mining (ICMM) frameworks.

With the support of the Municipality of Vareš and local craftsmen, we gathered to celebrate the commencement of 'Rupice' ore exploitation.
